Project Overview

This project involved completing a full residential site cut and preparing the ground for a new build in Brighton, Colorado. The area required precise excavation to remove topsoil, shape the platform, and create a clean, level surface that aligned with the builder’s specifications. With the site positioned close to an existing tree line and fencing, accuracy and control were essential to achieve a build ready foundation.

The Challenge on Site

The site presented a mix of compacted soil, sloped ground, and residual vegetation that needed to be managed before work could begin. Uneven natural contours made it difficult to establish a clean footprint, and the proximity to boundary fencing meant there was minimal room for error while cutting and shaping the pad.
