Project Overview

This project focused on forming and finishing a new gravel driveway for a residential property in Boulder, Colorado. The goal was to create a smooth, durable accessway that blended naturally with the surrounding landscape while improving functionality for everyday use. The work included reshaping existing ground, establishing proper drainage fall, and laying a clean, compacted gravel surface that enhances both appearance and practicality.

The Challenge on Site

The driveway area featured mature trees, uneven natural contours, and sections of soft ground affected by moisture runoff. With limited space to maneuver equipment and surrounding vegetation that needed to be preserved, our team had to work precisely to avoid disturbing established garden areas. Achieving a consistent grade and ensuring water flowed away from the entryway were key challenges that required controlled cutting and careful shaping.
