Project Overview

This project focused on completing a detailed ground preparation and grading process for a rural property in Arvada, Colorado. The scope involved removing topsoil, shaping the land, and forming a clean, accurate cut across the site. With long stretches of boundary fencing and open landscape, precision was essential to ensure the ground was properly prepared for the next construction phase.

The Challenge on Site

The site featured uneven natural contours and mixed soil conditions that required methodical excavation. Working across an open paddock meant controlling material movement, maintaining clean lines, and managing exposed areas to prevent erosion or disturbance to the surrounding environment.
